Delivery starts at a flat fee and is non-refundable, scaling if multiple attempts are required. Our service is curbside only — to your curb, driveway, or garage — and we are not responsible for moving the couch inside your home.

Deliveries are scheduled with a 1-hour window, and our driver will text you an ETA when on the way.

We do not offer returns on any purchases — new or used. However, used couches may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery (with a $100 restocking fee plus a new delivery fee if applicable).

All delivery fees are non-refundable. We do not provide warranties, but if an issue originates on our end — such as a missing cushion, wrong item, or factory flaw — we’ll make it right. Please ensure you’ve measured your space and reviewed couch dimensions before purchasing.
