Return Policy

At Couch Quest, all sales are final. We do not offer returns on any purchase — new or used.

Used Couch Exchanges

We offer exchanges on used couches only, within 3 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

- You can exchange for any other couch available in our inventory.

- If the new couch costs more, you pay the difference.

- If it costs less, we refund you the difference.

- With each exchange, there is a $100 restocking fee.

- Additionally, any past delivery fees are non-refundable, and a new delivery fee will be charged if delivery of the new couch is needed.

Our Warranty

We don’t offer warranties — but our customers happiness is very important to us alongside our reputation as a business in our community. If there is an issue that originates on our end, whether with a used or new couch, we’ll do our best to make it right and make you whole. Missing cushion? Wrong item? Factory flaw we missed? We’ll fix it — 100%.

This goes both ways. If the issue originates on your end, that will be your responsibility as the buyer. If you didn’t measure your space accurately and the couch doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind on the color, or if your dog chews up a pillow the day of delivery, we can't help you with that.

We strongly recommend double-checking all couch dimensions (provided in the 2nd picture of each couch listed on our website) and sectional chaise orientation before purchasing.

Deposits

- Deposits for the purpose of holding a couch are refundable within 24 hours.

- After 24hrs, they are non-refundable — no exceptions.
