  • Remove

    ​Once the furniture pickup form on our website is completed, we follow up and schedule a pickup time to remove all gently used couches, sectionals, and armchairs for free*! You can find more information below on what furniture qualifies for free pickup.

  • Renew

    While we inspect all furniture before pickup, we also reinspect furniture for any damage once it’s back in our warehouse. We put it through our renewal process to clean and repair as needed.

  • Reuse

    Once renewed, we resell the furniture on our website and other marketplace apps and donate a portion of our proceeds to local charities.

What qualifies for free Sofa removal?

At Couch Quest we accept gently used sofas, sectionals, and armchairs. We do not accept any damaged or outdated furniture styles.

Please note, while our goal is to help those that need their furniture removed, we are not a junk removal service. As such, we reserve the right to deny a pickup if it does not meet our standards.

Want to sell your furniture?

In some few cases we are able to make an offer and remove your furniture as well. This typically applies to higher end brands that are in good condition such as Restoration hardware, Arhaus, Pottery barn, etc.
