Delivery starts at a flat fee and is non-refundable, scaling if multiple attempts are required. We use our own delivery team and trucks to ensure a smooth and professional experience. When we deliver, we bring your furniture all the way inside, assemble everything (including attaching legs, connecting sectional pieces, and setting up items), and place it exactly where you want it.

Our driver will text you an ETA when on the way.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any of our products.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after purchase and prior to pickup or delivery are subject to a $100 cancellation/restocking fee.

Purchased items must be picked up or delivery must be scheduled and completed within 5 calendar days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Couch Quest.

If an order has not been picked up or delivered within 5 calendar days of purchase, Couch Quest reserves the right to cancel the order and return the item to inventory. The customer will receive a refund of the purchase price less a $100 cancellation/restocking fee.

Brand-new furniture includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty provided by the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
