Delivery
Delivery
Every delivery is white-glove. We use our own delivery team and trucks to ensure a smooth and professional experience. When we deliver, we bring your furniture all the way inside, assemble everything (including attaching legs, connecting sectional pieces, and setting up items), and place it where you want it. Our driver will text you an ETA when on the way.
Before your delivery
Please clear all walkways and the spot where your couch is going before we arrive. Our delivery team does not move or rearrange existing furniture or other belongings.
If the area isn't ready, your couch may be placed in another accessible spot with your approval, or returned to our warehouse. The delivery fee is nonrefundable, and another delivery fee will apply if redelivery is needed.
Returns & cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any of our products.
Outlet (open-box) pieces are sold as-is. They may have minor cosmetic marks consistent with their grade, and we encourage you to inspect any Outlet piece in person before you buy. Condition at purchase is final.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after purchase and prior to pickup or delivery are subject to a $100 cancellation/restocking fee.
Purchased items must be picked up or delivery must be scheduled and completed within 5 calendar days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Couch Quest.
If an order has not been picked up or delivered within 5 calendar days of purchase, Couch Quest reserves the right to cancel the order and return the item to inventory. The customer will receive a refund of the purchase price less a $100 cancellation/restocking fee.
Brand-new furniture includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty provided by the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
